Refund or Exchange request of a Poor Quality sliders

Hi team, I have ordered an US polo sliders from Indian Shoping website Myntra on 27th may and the product comes with 3 montha warranty. However the sliders has started tearing in 2 months only. Hence request the team to either refund my money or please exchange it with a new one.
