Mocking about employees.
This morning, on September 27, 2019, when I came to work, I had to deal with an unpleasant and, in my opinion, uncomfortable situation. During my work I worked for one of my colleagues. But the schedule had to be me. So my colleague said that I had to have an evening change and, after our little conversation, I left, a little annoyed. Of course, I understand that farm managers (or who are there) change graphics plans and make mistakes. But not saying or calling something changes is not nice. So I spent my time (and that's a trifle but also 2. 30 money on the way) and of course my sleep. Because it makes sense to have a morning shift that starts at 6 p. m. It's not pretty, and it's not the first time, and it's not funny either. It's really a mockery of the people who work there. It seems to me that this is the casewhen they don't count on their employees.
