Time delays

Ups holds my packages and I am told, because I am not in a high traffic area.I have a business and am starting to loose customers because of shipping delays. I track my packages and they sit in Tyler Texas for days, last one I don’t have at all.
Over the last three years, my experience with UPS has been way below subpar. Their estimations of delivery dates and the lack of good tracking is deplorable. Customer service never answered the phone. How in the world can anyone get anything taken care of with ups customer service if they dont answer the phone User’s recommendation: Good luck with customer service.

14A (now COVID) nursing assistants do not speak the national language!

Section 14a (now covid) nursing assistants do not speak the national language! Does not understand basic things in Australian and asks to repeat what is said in foreign language. The same can be observed in communication with other colleagues, nurses speak only foreign language to some persons! However, is it not specified in the state that if you work in a public institution, you must also have a good knowledge of the state language? I was very disappointed and also offended that what I said, my own employees in Australia do not understand where else in the field of health care. I recommend that the linguistic abilities of the employees be considered adequately.
