I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the non-compliance with the laws of Australian Pasts. Twice this year I have had to face such incompetence. I haven't lived in Melbourne for a long time, but my sister lives at that address. Invitations about my letters also come to her mailbox. It was also this time when I received a registered letter. I was not informed and the nurse calmly received a letter addressed to MAN without any authorization, without anything. I would very much like to hear what the employees of Australian Pasts will say about it, because it is strictly forbidden to give a letter to another person by law.
