Bus drivers choose to stop or not even if people are standing and waiting for it.

Bus riga-ogre nordeka already 5. Do not stop at stop if we wave with our hands and even run a bit, after that case I called nordeka to which I answered write a complaint we can't help and gave the Tacomas dispatcher's number everything would have been fine, but the dispatcher says to tell that there is a wish if you want to get on the bus but I think running on it is enough to express your will! If this happens again, I'll add a video!
