After numerous calls and emails to customer service, the only thing they can tell me is that I have too many online accounts (I have 1) and that my orders are not consistent with personal use. Too high on prices for sub-par service

I booked a highlight, cut at a store in Myrtle Beach. The website gives you some prices- DO NOT TRUST THE PRICES. I get to my appointment and the young lady was very meek, unsure of herself. Kept saying that no one was there for her to ask questions of if she had any….
