Poor Service

Today, August 11th. We brought the omen to eye surgery, we take care of all the paperwork at the reception, It is said that we have to wait in Malina. Well, we are waiting for a hospital employee (possibly a hospital nurse to accompany the patients to the ward) to come and call Oma and another man. And here it all began! Without explaining anything at all, turned around and had to follow! I ask - can I go up (oma practically sees nothing, and jackets hear hard to navigate, somewhere else in a strange place) ? This under the nose, the squeak turned his back unkindly Says - can not come up! I was confused, I stayed and stood up, but after a while I walked a little along, I look at Oma's standing next to strangers, thinking that one of them is a nurse, who actually ran ahead, realized that Oma's back is back and in such a terribly unkind tone - come on here or where will you stay?!? Of course it all happened in such a moment! I walk back from the back, but now they are on. I hear how again that sister in a terrible tone could already say that she was screaming, saying - then let her give it to her phone! (the phone was with me) I approach the present and say — what's the attitude? What does she answer - what do I ask? And walking away answers- I don't have time! I'm in complete shock on the way out, I can't calm down, I go back because I don't know how long Oma will be inside, where I have to wait for him. When I come back, the accompanying nurse sees me, throws her head at me, tells another nurse — give her a page to write down the number that will call me when the surgery is over! I ask her now - what are you so kind about now? To which she answers me — I am not kind! And then we exchanged a few more sentences. That's little to say I'm shocked and angry! How can it treat the patient, people come to the hospital sick and so sad, how else do they feel after that treatment!? Great fui for the accompanying nurse!
