Fraud
From this company I order wooden decorations. First, when the money was transferred, it was not reported that the money had gone to this company. Second, one Friday they write that the item has been shipped. As it was not, it was not. The writer's complaint said it would be sent out another day. Third, arrived next week on Tuesday and also wrote that the item did not arrive. The company replied that the product would be shipped that day. After a couple of hours, the company replied to me that the item would not be shipped to me due to my attitude. Is the company obliged to lie to customers? Shouldn’t the company just apologize, and item returned? It is likely that this product was not manufactured at all.
