Cannot get a response from customer service about malfunctioning door lock. Shed is new so should be fixed in a timely manner but cannot get anyone to answer their phone. Shed installed in december of 2020 and haven’t tried to use it yet since installed in winter. Although door will closed it won’t catch properly. I sure...

Fraudulent company!?.. after placing the order, promises fast delivery of the freezer, issues a prepayment invoice, which supposedly ensures faster execution of the order, .... does not fulfill the order within the promised terms, .... offers to write an application for a refund, but does not refund, only feeds with promises and foolish reservations that the decisions on the repayment period are made by the accounting, and referring to its decision, the money is promised to be repaid after 1.5 months! FRAUD!
