Poor service
Unfortunately, due to an emergency, I chose the iExpress service because Telstra service centers are closed. So I ordered internet from Telstra home, which is delivered by iExpress courier, I indicated the delivery date 24. 04. 2020. And the time from 18:00 to 22:00. I ordered a few days ago, but on the day of delivery the plans for the evening changed, then I waited for the sms from iExpress to be able to change the delivery date, but I didn't receive the sms either. In the evening, the courier calls and asks if I am home, because after 4 minutes it will be present. Unfortunately, nothing could be said. There was a very unpleasant situation, which is not the first time. I didn't write a complaint the last time, but there was a situation where the order had one delivery date but was delivered the next day, which also seemed strange. Next time, I'll avoid this service and don't recommend it to others!
