Poor service, lying about the circumstances
Please never send anything with FedEx if you do not want to: - Lose your shipment (but does not admit, makes up stories), - blocks your website profile, - denies the possibility and access to track the status of the order (normally it is possible to do so from the profile), - even after that you repeatedly lie about the circumstances of the case you can no longer put your own story together... - in the end, the cave simply "orders" and says that spit on shipping costs, the value of the shipment and consumer rights... "EXCELLENT" service! I had used this service many times, but never again. I don't even want to deal with anything here, because I was treated so rudely that I didn't even know where to start...
