I contracted with TruGreen for 2 reasons: kill the weeds and grow grass. My first appointment was March 5th. They sprayed weed killer, which killed the weeds. Second visit….applied lime to lawn. Third visit, today 4/29/21/ they applied “broad leaf weed killer”….Say what? WHEN DO THEY PLAN TO SEED AND FERTILIZE LAWN SO THAT I SEE GRASS...

I need a Monday or Tuesday service call due to lawn mowing service. You continually want to come on Friday or Thursday which is unacceptable. User’s recommendation: Don’t exist. Future customers, don’t expect to be able to contact this company by phone because they are NEVER available even if you have the time to wait two hours.
