Tru bolt keyless entry

The doorknob system that I bought has just fallen apart. 2x in a day period. The screws are stripped out that’s why I won’t stay together. I didn’t strip them with installing either. Never again will I buy another tru bolt

Locks with unlock button and unlocks with lock button

My lock unlocks using the lock button and the lock on the app and it locks using the unlock button. Think I tried everything could it be wired backwards

No one calls you back on a Friday as requested!!!

Ive been trying to resolve an issue with two bolts since June. I asked if someone can call me on a Friday and no one returns my call on a Friday no one sends me an email reply no one cares User’s recommendation: Buy something else.

Battery use

I have my lock setup on my network and I go through 4 AA batteries every month. This can get costly. Is there something wrong with my lock or is this standard use?
