Charged my Credit Card a month after cancelling.

I received a notice from my card that Trim Down Club charged me for a monthly membership that I had cancelled one month earlier. Ignored request to cancel.

Trim down club Ignored my request to cancel my subscription. Was sent confirmation email for cancellation on 7/11/20 my account was debited again on 8/10/20. I resent cancellation and am requesting a refund. User’s recommendation: It’s a boring app.. informative if you have a lot of time.
