Poor service, lobbying some banks
Hello. I am a Vodafone customer with more than 2 years of experience. Not very much, but still. There are 3 telephone numbers on my behalf, as well as 2 telephones and a router for hire. As the company offers only 3 banks for electronic payments - Swedbank, Seb Bank and Citadel, but has its own Luminor, the monthly bill was paid from his wife's Seb bank account. Last week I wanted to buy a computer on installment, but now I am informed that my wife is no longer allowed to pay for it. Cash payments in service centers are not possible. It turns out that if the prospective customer does not have an account with the above-mentioned banks, he must look for another operator. I wanted to add 2 more phones for my kids to my connection, but it looks like I need to look for another carrier.
