Batt and red lights

I was driving it. and it started making a noise. and then it just stopped. took a look at it and it looks like the motor has seized it won’t spend anymore. started reading the manual and it looks like there’s warranty for it so here I am.

I ordered a ac dc converter. Realized I didn’t need it. Returned it as new and it was sent back to me with no reason.

After spending 12.00 to send it back they wouldn’t accept it. Brand spanking new!!!. What a bunch of yahoos!!.
