My debit card is not working

I got a voicemail that said my card may have been used without my permission. I dismissed it because I thought it was a scam. Lo and behold, my card stopped working so I called Travis. User’s recommendation: Such a nice person on the phone! She helped me figure it out AND laughed at my silliness!
