Rip of merchants and dishonest

@SouthallTravel @TravelTrolleyUK rip off merchants charging £275 to amend a ticket costing £345 by one day!! Absolute liars think a £150 “Admin Fee” is reasonable, have you heard of unfair contract terms? T&C link didn’t even work!! #ripoff #poorservice #CustomerService #fail
