Warranty Repair

A month ago, I submitted a warranty repair computer mouse. It's been a month since no one called or wrote an email. The mouse had a problem turning on does not shut down with a new battery. I would not recommend to anyone before I had bought the headset from the store itself, the warranty was refused due to scratches and the headset itself.
