Slitks service

At the end of December, the company sent a DHL package to its customer in Germany. A week later, the customer began to wonder where the packet had disappeared, why it had not yet been received. We contacted DHL and received confirmation that the package has been shipped. The customer informed that the package had not been received. DHL suggested contacting German DHL as they were the final suppliers. German DHL said that it was necessary to contact DHL of the country of dispatch or the person who accepted the shipment or LV DHL. We contacted DHL LV again, where they could still find a signed delivery confirmation, which was sent to us electronically. The recipient was a mystical gentleman and signed 3 letters instead of the signature. The customer informed that they did not have such an employee with such a surname, who received the package according to DHL documents. How can I send a shipment to someone who is not specified as the recipient?! Then you can just as well be handed over to a passing homeless person. The whole story was repeatedly told to DHL Australian and German employees. And every time a reservation was received that nothing could be done because the sachet is shown as received. In parallel to all these correspondence, the company was bombarded with reminders about unpaid bills. When a debt collection company was called and threatened with insolvency, the company paid for the delivery. All this was so delayed that after some time DHL Australia announced that too long had passed and now nothing could be started, because the statute of limitations had expired. In the end, the company paid for a delivery that was not made and was still left without a parcel sent. Not to mention the time spent and the many phone calls. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience, but it was the crowning glory of everything.
