Poor service
We have been Optus customers for several years (at least 10). But problems are encountered in our television and the Internet from time to time - the Internet speed is very poor, it is impossible to watch television, because the picture disappears every 10 seconds. Problems seem to be fixed from time to time, but after a while a technical employee reappears and calls to the site only during working hours, so one of the family members (all working full time) must be at home and wait for a call from Optus specialist. Currently, as of August 22, there is no television or internet connection. We have to wait for Optus to get permission to re-dig the cables and replace them, and Optus does not offer alternatives. Everything would be very clear, if such poor service cost AU$ 10 per month, but how much we pay Optus every month for Internet, Television and Telephone, then this amount is more than AU$ 10.
