I am abroad and there is a spend cap on my phn which I am trying to remove as need some urgent messages

I am trying to phn 150 and it is barred ,I am trying to send a text to EE not going .I tried calling and cost me a huge amount .still not got what I wanted User’s recommendation: Don’t rely on them when abroad.

SIM card for new model using previous phone number £10.00 PAY AS YOU GO MONTH ALLOWANCE was UNLIMITED FREE TEXTS/ 1P per MINUTE INTERNATIONAL CALLS.

FREE UNLIMITED TEXTS U.K. and EUROPE/ 400 FREE MINUTES CALLS with 2MGB DATA per MONTH ALLOWANCE for £1 00 was automatically applied by EE phone app. £1.00 balance remained that would NOT make INTERNATIONAL CALLS or TEXTS. EE 4G Broadband – Slow, Ineffective and Expensive

We’ve had this for a month and broadband speeds have never experienced slower broadband speeds. We used to get easily through the month on our previous plan.
