Poor service
By nature, I'm a pretty calm person, but I can't keep quiet this time. In December, I ordered a book on the i-net through the FedEx Parcel. Since I was really waiting for this book (because I had to wait until the book was produced), then 09. 02. When I received an SMS about the parcel being placed in the parcel terminal at Maxima X in Kandava, I was very happy. My joy ended when I arrived at the parcel terminal and I could not receive this book because the screen did not work. I called the FedEx customer phone, said that the problem was there, but as soon as it was fixed, I would be notified (the second time on February 13, when I called, I was told that there was no problem). On Monday I received an SMS that the package will be stored in the parcel terminal until 16. 02. , on Monday I went to the parcel terminal again and nothing and so until 16. 02. The parcel terminal is still not repaired. And I don't live in Kandava,I have to drive 12km to the parcel every time. I have called 4 times already, today there were three more people standing at the parcel terminal who could not receive their parcels. Every time I call, I just get discouraged. This was definitely the last time I sent something through this parcel terminal. Of course, hope has not yet been lost (although reading reviews, no good thoughts) and hopefully I will come to the book, but I do not recommend working with this company.
