Car cleaning kit

I recently purchased a H-CR Excel approx 2.5 years old with 3,000 miles on the clock from a local dealer. I believe it was an ex demonstrator car. My query is , should it have contained a cleaning kit, ie, shampoo, wax, interior cleaner etc ? Also should interior front mats have been provided?

Non response for promised reimbursement

Forever Toyota customers. RAV4 hybrid developed a rattling sound that I lived with for months. Dealers couldnt find source. Two visits to a local body shop finally solved. Error in production. Quality of service is very poor

Upon the recommendation of Toyota we had repair work done to our vehicle and after that repair and out of pocket expense the issue still exists $1300 worth of work User’s recommendation: Do not trust recommendations by Toyota get a second opinion.
