Unpaid Paid Order Not Received

Order Made On Ir Wood's website-customer I paid for the phone holder with a special opening for the charger, delivered by delivery from Americas pashtas, but the ordered product was not received. The Facebook profile answered quite quickly, promised to find out everything from the accountant, but now the respondent is missing, although I see that the letter has been read... :-(
