2 pm appointment… started work at 4pm!!!

I arrived 20 min early for a 2pm scheduled appointment. At 4pm they informed me I was now 3rd in line… Never told me anything until I asked. Then said it wasn’t their fault. They got bussy with lots of people coming in…. REALLY.

They just lost my business

I purchased new wheels at their recommendation. I did not buy them from town fair so they won’t mount and balance the tires I purchased from them. I have spent a couple thousand dollars on tires from them. They lost me as a customer over this
