Tried contacting by phone at least 4 times and could never get anyone. Terrible customer service. In the past, Ive tried and had the same experience. If it werent so affordable (one positive thing), Id leave. User’s recommendation: Think twice before choosing this carrier.
They told me I could switch no money now they’re telling me different so I need it changed So if so please change it
last 4 days I get service unreachable when I try and make a call…….and am not able to receive a call……….have to go through this lil process with them in chat while they correct the issue……..after 6 almost 7 years with them I will be switching servers if it happens tomorrow
I have random people calling me all the time and it’s not only during the day but some of the night I wiol.see a missed call
The actual service of your phone is just as good as Verizon. Until you have to call to do anything with them. Most the time you get someone that does not speak good English but today I did but I was in the wrong department and she could not help me change my phone number from one...
