Spool housing

Im trying to purchase a replacement spool housing for my Tornado cordless string trimmer MODEL# 2505,my yard has many exposed tree roots, 4 years has taken it’s toll.The small tabs at the base have worn out and prevents locking the housing in place. The unit,battery and charger remain in good shape

I bought a flexible metal hose by Tornado tools

Snow blower model WR100-200-500Q15T

I used the snow blower once last year. When I tried to use it this year, it would not work. Nothing I did to make it work helped. I contacted the company that sold it and they said there was a 30 day return. I am not happy about this.
