Don't buy anything in this store!
I ordered a DeWalt saw from tehnoshop.org. I chose to buy from them because this store offered a very good price. They called me the same day and told me quite politely that the goods were not in stock and should be ordered from the supplier - I would have to wait two weeks. I agree. After two weeks of these no news. I called to ask who told me about the rain that the supplier had not placed my order in the car, so it had not been delivered. When I asked when it would be then, I was told that the supplier is not in the market right now! Just said that they are not in the car, but now that they do not have them at all! :-D Ok so be it. The manager says I will call me in the middle of next week and tell me exactly when to deliver. Of course, no one called me in the middle of next week. I called myself and then I started to answer quite rudely, that I had already told me that I had to wait another three weeks, and so on. When I asked if it was normal for them and whether I was not entitled to a polite discount for such a long wait (the price of the product was around 750 AUD), I was told that no and they could transfer the money back to me to the account I agreed to. Money must also be expected from them for a whole week! Koa!?!?!?! Today, when a money transfer takes well, if five minutes... Yes, well... I will do nothing, I will expect my money, but I will never order anything from this store again and I do not recommend it to you either.
