Smart TV and the Internet

Don't go! I've called dozens of times to do something about it. And what's the point? Do I have to think about internet speed, etc. ? But I pay for the service. In the last 3 weeks in general TV can only be watched from 1-3 days all day. 4,5,6,7, only to 15, then everything hangs and nothing goes.
