Poor service

I do not recommend using FedEx parcel service... Unfortunately, this company disappointed me... I'm wasting my time to remove shipment that arrived on 06. 03. 2017. From Devonport rim parcel terminal... 07. 03. 2017. , at 13:30 - parcel terminal does not work, I left again at 18:10 - parcel terminal does not work, I left 3 times 08. 03. 08:10 - not working, I called the FedEx office and informed, I still haven't received my shipment...
