They will not credit account for items I purchased and never received. Ordered them in March. Hadn’t received many until this week. And it was wrong size. They say I ordered a S. I fit in 1X or 2X.

Having difficulty getting consideration. There appears to be a cost in order to communicate with someone directly via telephone

I am interested in a refund! When purchased, this outfit was for a High-school Prom. The pants are considerably too big in the waist and COVID-19 set in. Proms seem to be a putting of the past! User’s recommendation: Consider to NOT buy anything!
