Had this problem multiple times

I have been unable to log in to my tidal account multiple times now and it will not allow me to log back in or reset my password and there is no good phone number to call this company to figure out how to get access to my songs and account again. Not really happy about it…

It is impossible to coctact Tidal. I cannot get an unsubscription.

I could not in any way come into contact with Tidal. I cannot unsubscribe from my subscription, It is like they do not want me to have the possibility to unsubscribe. I do not recommend the company. User’s recommendation: Very bad service.
