The customer service is not in the usa and I want to talk to them on the phone not thru chat I need to know why my account is not working when I paid it on the 3rd of march User’s recommendation: Not to good.

Songs are disappearing in my music library also each track doesn’t show the bpm’s I can’t understand why this is not good also tracks in my library is doubling and tripling up I can understand it I don’t mean no harm but yes I am pissed

I pay my monthly fee… to listen to music… I don’t watch videos and im being force to pay

I pay my monthly fee… to listen to music in my library… now I can’t because I’m being force to subscribe for videos that I don’t watch… User’s recommendation: I maybe going to a different streaming provider.
