The tickets i purchased do not show on my account

Its impossible to contact ticket master to solve issues with purchased tickets. Neither by phone or email. User’s recommendation: Better ways for customers to communicate with the company.

Ticketmaster is horrible

I have yet to receive my refund for a cancelled concert. $60.50. I’ve sent numerous emails and made made numerous calls and still no refund! User’s recommendation: Never use Ticketmaster again.
