I have been trying to cancel my purchase of 2 tickets for Mercyme at the Jackson County Fair. I feel like I am getting the run around when doing so. User’s recommendation: Find your tickets from another company.
I ordered two tickets for Hamilton and realized one hour later that we will be out of town on that day. I called several times and no one answered. Through an email, they refused to accommodate me saying that all sales were final. User’s recommendation: Don’t do business with them.
