Made cancelation and still charged my account

Got to hotel and didn’t have a room so my wife called cancel it and we rented another room and u still charged me for the room so I would like my refund asap it was canceled the hotel said they didn’t charge my card but u did

Give us your money and get lost

Booked a cruise on lmt. They never emailed me any information about the cruise nor responded to my inquiries. I had to call the cruise line directly who was kind enough to look me up and provide info. Bad customer experience with lmt.
