Thule helium rack not working with hitch receiver

Thule roof rack Terrible

Poor instructions. Not good engineering of parts. Can not tighten front connector part to my cross bars. Needed to cut bolts to make it work User’s recommendation: Do not purchase.

Missing screws ProTrac Pro2 with cantilever

Ordered and received ProTrac Pro2 with cantilever from etrailer with expedited shipping. The ProTrac is missing (4) 3/8 16x 0.625 button head cap screws(BHCS) and the cantilever is missing (2) 3/8 16x 0.625 BHCS- Driloc. I made everything work because I need to use the rack tomorrow.
