I rented a car from thrifty in las vegas the reason they offer such low rates is because they make up for it by stealing your deposit. I even cleaned the car at a car wash the car was in perfect condition when returned. User’s recommendation: DON’T RENT FROM THIEVES.
I reserved a car with Thrifty car rental at Dayton Ohio Airport for 3/20/20. My flight arrived the evening of 3/20/20 around 6:30PM and found your customer service counter already closed. The other rental counters that were open said that Thrifty had closed more then an hour before I arrived at around 6:30PM because of Covid-19 concerns....
