Do not rent a car from thrifty AKA dollar and Hertz all are the same company and will fraudulently charge your card change car rates and refuse to help in any way I called three times in one day customer service holding a total of an hour and 32 minutes never spoke with anyone the last call was 1 hour and 3 minutes all three calls someone picked up and hung up worst experience ever I will never rent from these companies no matter how desperate again this is why they take prepaid cards so they can rip desperate people off sadly a single mom in the negative balance and I'm sure plenty more victims out there User's recommendation: Do not rent from any of the 3 all are one scammed.
