I have been a Optus customer for a long time, for the first couple of years everything was fine, the quality is good, the price is grateful and everyone in the house is satisfied, what more could they want, right?! Sometimes, of course, there was a disturbance, but we turned a blind eye to it, because we were loyal to this company and did not want to divorce under any circumstances! Then came the time when, probably, Optuss began to feel competition from others and began to act on their views: • the price was slightly increased every month, nothing, a few dollars, but after a few months it already reached more than ten dollars, each time asking what is the reason, if there is one price in the contract, but for us it only goes up every month, I got the answer that these are system updates, new channels, etc. , which already sounded like something misleading, because you don't see new channels had not appeared, nor had anything changed in the Optus system, everything was old! • secondly, when I called "inquired" about these price increases and asked why my acquaintances and friends pay less, plus if a person joins as a new customer then this price is astronomically lower than we paid, I got an answer to this question, that only new customers receive discounts and unfortunately cannot offer us anything! After this conversation, I was confused, if you have been with the company for several years, but you are answered with something like this, I really started to feel like a Optus "patriot" and "gold" customer! • the previous quality started to disappear, the internet became slower, it didn't go any longer, it basically disappeared in the evenings, and we had to start using the phone as a router to use the internet on my computer later, which also put us to the last point + calling Optus, they repeatedly said that it would not be cheaper, discounts are only for new customers. After that, I started to be interested in other companies, but was afraid that the quality would be even worse and in the end I would have entered oats. One day, a man called our door, who has changed this situation for us by all 360 degrees! This person was a special representative of Oceancom, a salesman, whom I usually avoid, because I was disgusted when someone tried to smear me something, but this time I am happy that I did not know and listen to the young person. The guy didn't sell me anything, he didn't press anything, he just told me what option I could use, compared the pros and cons. Promised: lower price, better quality, more modern television, faster internet, sounded pretty incredible + this young man promised me to become my personal manager! At first I did not believe, because my brother had had a very bad experience with Oceancom, some time ago, but since this situation with Optus did not drag on to anything good, I decided that I should try to change something, because nothing will ever solve itself! It is now 4 months since the change of service provider and everything has really come true. • the price is really lower, to be precise, I pay even 2. 5 times less than I sent to Optus every month as their "golden" customer, as well as this price at Oceancom is unchanged! • the quality is super, the internet speed is higher, constant and everything works without stopping, plus, their interactive television cannot be compared to what Optuss offered, it is surprisingly better in terms of both quality and all functions and layout, everything is more convenient and convenient! • I really want to praise this young man, because everything was cool, explained and also when I was confused I called him and he kindly and kindly helped me. • If anyone is interested I can selflessly share this representative's contacts, my email is [hide] @gmail. com
