Her name was Happy. I told her I was charged $100 to continue my subscription. She offered me the same rate I started with of $29 instead so I decided to continue my subscription.

My subscription isn’t recognized when I read a WAPO article on Google News

Google News posts articles from various news services, including The Washington Post. The Washington Post didn’t recognize that I am a subscriber and stated that I had already read three free articles, making the assumption that I am not a subscriber. I find this very how can we resolve this?

Unable to get human help with subscription problems

I need to suspend my subscription but was told to send an email. Call dropped. MybKindle was not working. It was under warranty so I asked for a replacement. It has been promised but has not been delivered. Three delays so far User’s recommendation: Send email not call.
