Toy Train Quickpoint Kit Missing 30% of Threads

Usually I enjoy the Veraco or Collection DArt quickpoint pillows. I have done about 15 and this has been my first problem. My complaint though is with The Stitcherys customer service. VIP PROGRAM Scams customers

Somehow I got signed up for the VIP program which automatically charged me $15.94 …for 10 months. I finally noticed this small charge on my credit card and had to call to cancel it . Clearly a tax on the clueless like me but still unfair
