So, first-time customer here. I placed a single order containing 3 items. 2 items say Canada Post, with tracking codes. 1 item says Standard Shipping, with no tracking code. I have received both items which stated Canada Post, however still waiting on the Standard Shipping item. So yes, I am confused lol.. the status reads, Partial Backorder....

TSC charge shipping per each item you order, and charge you restocking fee again per each item you return !!! They never mentioned about the restocking fee, very sneaky !! What pissed me off the most is that I’ve recently received a letter from them saying my return rate is higher than most customers and they’ll continue...
