Missing item?

So, first-time customer here. I placed a single order containing 3 items. 2 items say Canada Post, with tracking codes. 1 item says Standard Shipping, with no tracking code. I have received both items which stated Canada Post, however still waiting on the Standard Shipping item. So yes, I am confused lol.. the status reads, Partial Backorder. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Any input from experienced TSC customers would be very much appreciated. Thank you all.. everyone.. anyone.. lol
