TSC charge shipping per each item you order, and charge you restocking fee again per each item you return !!! They never mentioned about the restocking fee, very sneaky !! What pissed me off the most is that I've recently received a letter from them saying my return rate is higher than most customers and they'll continue to monitoring my account !! Hello ! what's there to complain about if we are the customers who are paying both ways just because your products are not up to the standard or not worth the price !! I was so angry so I went online to check my order history; I ordered 19 items and returned 2 items in the past 3 months. what's wrong with that ??? TSC is a bully monopoly online retailer, should not be in business !!
