Everyone is right to be mad about having to buy a subscription to use the scanner after buying the equipment. It was originally included and I was told I would be able to use it even though the software was changing. I am going to see about getting a Class Action suit started!
I really wish that NEAT would have kept the legacy software for those who had the scanner systems pre-2016. I’ve had mine for going on 6 yrs now and it’s pretty much useless. I have to pay the $10 once or twice a year just to scan all of my receipts into the system, download the cabinets...
