Defective product, poor service
In the online store 110.shop, for my birthday, I ordered a coffee machine Belmoca Belimo bravissima. I also order belmoca coffee capsules. It was a great pleasure for me when it all came! But when I tried to put everything together and make coffee - the chick came: 1) the belmoca coffee capsules I didn't buy are not suitable for a belmoca coffee machine (which no one warned me about) 2) when I put my capsule (which I had bought separately), water began to come out from all sides. A huge puddle accumulated under the machine. I contacted the store. I was told to send everything back and as soon as the item sent to me will be in their warehouse, will send me a new product instead... I sent the product back on December 15, I call today - to find out when I will receive the product, now I have to answer when they have to do it within 14 days.
