Hello! So I recently bought 2 identical mobile phones from Optus (for myself and my wife) and a little later I noticed that my phone glass has a micro crack and a small streak (visible only from a certain angle). I will add that I am a SUPER pedant-tel. Always in a micro fiber sunglasses bag. Of course not thrown on the ground, etc. The previous phone after 3 years of service is like new - without visual signs of use. New tel. I didn't even use / wear it for the first few days because I hadn't bought a suitable case. Plus later looking at the info on the new phoneYoutube has several videos that demonstrate the durability of the screen when scratching with a knife, nail, etc. So the conclusion is that I have bought a little-used or warranty-returned / repaired phone. Where someone has previously tested their durability. Of course I understand that there is no yoke to go and present your situation. Also, no one will believe.. In my case, I didn't even think to open the box in the store. I didn't even have it in my hands.
