Want to cancel my membership they have took money out of my bank when I don’t even go

I started the gym on a £7 for the first month, then I got kicked out which mean they shouldve cancelled my membership. But this morning they have took £13.99 out of bank and I need that back.

Pin issues

My pin number doesn’t work and although it’s been reported several times nothing has been done about it. I was nearly crushed by the pod when I tried to exit and there’s no emergency button on the pod User’s recommendation: Too much aggravation.

Unhappy with the gym

Not at all happy about the New Gym in Sydenham which was sold on being open 24hrs and after opening for two days decides to open and close 07:00-22:00 while taking money based on a false premise while still having posters and advertisements promoting a gym which is open 24hrs every day.

Something wrong with account

Its very funny service been call no answer after im never been in gym even ones I move to Clapham they can’t refund I cant take train from Clapham to go thegym barking irs funny I need refund
